  • Reservation Confirmation: All bookings are subject to room availability at the time of reservation.
  • Booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment or as per terms agreed upon.
  • Early Arrivals After 7 Am Or Late Departures Up To 6 Pm (Extended Subject To Availability) Will Be Charged Additionally @ 50% Of The Above-Mentioned Special Rates

  • Group bookings require a minimum of 10 rooms.
  • Special discounts and terms may apply to group reservations.

  • Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original check-in date.
  • No extra charge for the first modification; additional modifications may incur a fee.

  • Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM | Standard check-out time: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Any Early Check-In Or Late Check-Out Request Must Be Directed And Reconfirmed With The Hotel Directly

  • We accept payments via Cash, credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and online transfers.
  • Advance payment of at least 50% of the total booking cost is required to confirm the reservation.

  • Rates may vary during peak seasons, including Janmashtami, Diwali, Christmas, and long weekends.

In Case you're Plans Change, Ensure to Inform in Writing The Cancellation/ Amendments In Plan To The Hotel Reservation For A Refund Of Your Deposit. The Guidelines In This Regard As Under: -

  1. If You Cancel With More Than 48 Hours’ Notice You Pay ZERO Rupees As Your Cancellation Fee.
  2. Full 100% Retention Will Be Charged If The Total Room Nights Fall Short Of Any Nos. Of Room Nights Blocked
  3. The Retention Charges For The Cancellation Of Rooms Are Charged Irrespective Of The Resalable Value Of The Rooms.
  4. In The Event Of A Force Majeure, While We Would Not Be Able To Refund The Advance Deposit, We Would However Adjust The Full Amount Against Any Future Event That The Company Would Organize Within The Next One Year From The Date Of Your Earlier Scheduled Event. However, The Re-Bookings Would Be Subject To Availability And At The Rates Applicable To That Particular Date And Time. The Adjustment Will Not Be Applicable For Any Other Type Of Travel Booking. A Force Majeure Is Defined As Any Natural Calamity, Riots, And Any Government-Recognized City Strike Or ‘Band’.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • Some promotional offers or discounted rates may be marked as non-refundable.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations under such bookings.
  • No refunds will be provided for early check-outs.

  • In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions, refunds or modifications will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
